In Diameter, the diameterControlAgent process sends CCA message along with VolumeQuotaThreshold AVP to GGSN, but the GGSN rejects it.


GGSN: Gateway GPRS Support Node
CCA: Credit Control Answer
AVP: Attribute-Value Pairs



Besides the isntallation or upgrade to a software version prior to the fixed version, there are no specific change identified on the system to trigger this problem.
