Symptoms
The issue is related to the wrong Objectel setup configuration.
It is common to have the error below when the parameters NumberOfClients and NumberOfConnections are lower and there is a high volume of Objectel clients and XML requests into the Objectel Server.
In this particular scenario, Objectel will not have enough memory and it will start to refuse connections printing the following messages in the log file:
To verify the environment you can run the netstat utility to discover how many connections Objectel server is handling. Once this is checked, the NumberOfClients can be correctly adjusted.
