Activity Details Slow To Display As More ETWs and ATWs Are Added To An Activity (Doc ID 1502925.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to view details of activities can be very slow when the activity has many time windows.

The delay appears to be about 1 second per additional time window. For example, an activity with 1 ETW and 2 ATWs takes 14 seconds to display details. While this seems like a very long time to open a single record, if the activity has 60 ETWs and 60 ATWs, it will take 75 seconds to display the activity details.
