Symptoms

When attempting to execute derivation procedures, the following warning appears in the output file:

WARNING: rxcpbpdstd - Row not inserted in VRV bacause response was not current.
....
Some RDCIs could not be processed because they were locked.
These will be picked up by the next execution of the procedure.
