GRCI 2.0.1 with GRCM 7.8 Missing Tests and Test Instructions In GRCI Report (Doc ID 1503271.1)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a BPC with an Owner and Tester
     A. Create a Control
          a. Create Test Instruction 1
          b. Create Test Instruction 2
     B. Approve BPC unti it is Released
2. Send the BP through a testing cycle
     A. Click on Initiate Testing > Yes
     B. Fill out period and All Controls to test.
     C. Save > Valid Controls > Yes > OK
     D. Go to Controls > Test > Pass > Save > Close Test Completed > Pass process > Yes
     E. The Testing should be complete.
1. Execute GRCI Refresh to load all Data from GRCM
     A. Run the Execute_Load.sql in SQL Developer.
2. Create a Report from GRC Diagnostics Detail using:
     A. Log into the OBI and go to > Answers > GRC Diagnostics - Detail
          a. Go to Control Tests
               1. Add: Test Key, Control Test Document ID, Control Test Document Name, Control Test Title, Control Test Type
          b. Go to Test Instruction
               1. Test Instruction Document ID, Test Instruction Document Name, Test Instruction Title, Test Instruction Revision, Test Instruction Latest Revision Flag
          c. Go to Fact - Control Test
               1. Test Key, Test Result
3. Review results
     A. Go to Results tab and should see results from GRCM

See the test instructions created in GRCM on this GRCI Report

To recreate the issue.
Back in GRCM:
1. Go to the BP Control that was just Tested
2. Click Revise
3. Click on Control Tab and Click on the Control
4. Click in the test Instruction Tab and click on one of the Test Instructions
5. Click Edit > Change one of the fields > Save
6. Approve Changes > Yes until the BP is in the Released status

Back in GRCI:
1. Refresh the GRCI Schema with the data from GRCM
     A. Run the Execute_Load.sql in SQL Developer.
2. Run the same Report as described above
3. Review the results

You should see the first test and the second test, but you do not.
Repeat the Edit Test Instruction, Refresh GRCI, Run Report again... You will only see the very Last test.
What happen to the other tests?
