Symptoms

i.
Users are unable to use the OC/RDC 4.6.2 application (Application Server running on Windows 2008 and applications being accessed via a HTTPS link).


ii.
The RDC Onsite application is very slow and when trying to open a HTML CRF page the '500 Internal server error' appears several minutes later.


iii.
In some cases the users get disconnected.


iv.
Errors being seen in the AS10gR3 Apache log files  :

- SSL call to NZ function nzos_Handshake failed with error 28854


where :

28854 error =
SSL-28854: Memory allocation failure
Cause: The allocation of memory failed due to insufficient system memory.

Services need to be restarted on the halted server to resume.
