Customer Center Permission '/customercenter/contact' Read Only Is Blocking the View of Additional Contact Information. (Doc ID 1503736.1)

With the Customer Center permission "/customercenter/contact" set to Read Only access in one Admin Account, the link to "Contact Information" on the "Summary" tab is also disabled and not possible to show/display the contact information.

When Customer have added secondary and/or further contact information, under the "Contact Information", it shows "Additional contacts: 1" to tell the customer that there are more than One primary contact information, but Customer can not access it or read it if the permission has been set to Read Only.

Is it possible to create another link on this "Additional contacts: 1" to display the complete contact information?
