Unable To Bind On DBSRsock

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running tools such as immfind or immadm without sudo privileges, sometimes the tools work and other times the tools don't.
When the tools don't work, there is a SA_AMF_ERR_LIBRARY on the console and the following is logged to the messages log file:
MDS:MDTM: Unable to bind on DBSRsock
Attempting to use the immfind and/or immadm etc as a non-root user.
