Symptoms

On 7.4 PS14 patch level, when we give different DefaultDateFormat, it does not accept the format, rather only reflects "MM/DD/YYYY" format.

paymentsearch.DefaultDateFormat=YYYY/MM/DD
prefs.DefaultDateFormat=YYYY/MM/DD
paymentcenter.DefaultDateForma=YYYY/MM/DD
