EFFECTIVE_T Field Is Not Present When Purchased Products Are Migrated Using CMT

Symptoms

EFFECTIVE_T field is not present in the OOB provided CMT xsd when the purchased products are migrated using CMT.

STEPS To REPRODUCE:
----------
1) Migrate a Customer on 25th September having Billing cycle from 11th September to 11th October.
2) Set the account (effective t), service (effective t), purchase product (cycle start, purchase start, usage start date) date as 1st September for VoIP and VOD (Example products).
3) Do rating for VOIP and VOD (Example products) on 5th September.

Getting error as "Customer has no valid products for account (11626208) at time (1346837400)."

The error is because the effective_t in purchased_product_t is set to 25th September. If the effective_t is updated to 1st September then rating would go fine.

The Effective_t field should be present in the Input xml to avoid the manual update after Data Migration.
