Users are Having Problems to Validate and to Assign Provisioning Plans to Some PSR PRI Trunk Orders. (Doc ID 1504038.1)

Symptoms

Users are having problems to Validate Order to Assign Provisioning Plans for PSR orders  with PRI trunks.

• It is taking MSS almost 7 minutes to complete the Order Validation process.;
• When Finish Order is used it is taking over 1 hr to complete and sometimes it crashes.

After validation the Task Generation works normally by using Options » Task Generation option.

But in this case users need to use the Finish Order feature to assign a Pre Provisioning Plan to the order.
MSS takes a lot of time and crashes.


BUSINESS IMPACT:

Order validation is taking too long, giving the impression the application froze.
There may be potentially impacting 100 or more orders in the same situation.


ERROR MESSAGE:

A data-related error occurred. Please use the detail button for more information.
  PBPackageError: SAXException - xml parser error
  FWK005 parse may not be called while parsing.

  • Click OK, a new message:  " Unable to communicate with application server POT045. "
  • Click Abort >> MSS crashes.
