ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add file from Web Client and error occurs.
ERROR

Error on Web Client: Cannot save your changes. You have an error.
Error in Server log:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client
2. Open one item, and goto Attachment tab
3. Add file
