Symptoms

BV fails after completing most procedures with 'Batch Validation aborted due to an error'

When Batch Validation is run in OC for one study, it fails with a Failure Text "REPORT OR COMMAND EXITED WITH FAILURE STATUS". The same error is generated regardless of which user runs BV for this study. There are 295 active procedures for this study. It appears that the BV process completes processing for all 295 procedures, but instead of getting a success status, a failure message is presented. The final line in the BV out file reads:

Batch Validation aborted due to an error.

Note, the final procedure runs successfully in Single Mode. And BV runs successfully as a whole for this study in Test Mode.
