BRM 7.4 PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT Failure With Multiple Events For Adjustment and One of the Events In the List Has No Balance Impact

Symptoms
The PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT opcode accepts multiple events for adjustment, however, when any of the events in the list has NO balance impact, the opcode exits with ERR_BUF set, without adjusting the other events.
The error indicates it failed in getting the ITEM_OBJ from optional BAL_IMPACTS of the event.
