Some issues regarding missing LAM attachments which are not saved within a case save.
It seems like that Argus sometimes has problems to copy the temporary file located at the WEB_OPEN_CASES_ATTACH table to the CASE_NOTES_ATTACH table when the user tries to save the case.
All seems to be fine to the user who attached the attachment.
We observed in the error log following entry for the user/s on each reported missing LAM attachment:
We do not know what this definitely means and if this is the root cause of this issue. What happens to a case save when Argus hits an error like this?
