ACLMOID and ACEMOID Creation Fails in embeddedMIND (eMIND) CLI (Doc ID 1505089.1)

Symptoms

In embeddedMIND, Access Control Lists (ACL) and Access Control Entries (ACE) MIND Object Identifiers (MOIDs) are used control access to other MO classes, instances and members.

An ACL MOID can contain zero or more ACE MOIDs, however when creating an ACL MOID, the following error occurs:

Due to the inability to create an ACL MOID, the subsequent ACE MOID creation fails and the attempt to control access fails.
