Cannot Use the Change Password Screen To Change My Password

When using the Service Management System (SMS) -> Operator Functions -> Change Password screen, the logged in user's password can not be changed, despite entering the correct password, resulting in this incorrect warning message appearing: "You have entered the Old Password incorrectly. Please try again."
As a workaround, a different user with sufficient administrative permissions, can reset a user's password in the SMS -> Operator Functions -> User Management -> User tab and use the Set Password button to change their password.
