Goal

This document explains why the PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_PRODINFO does not apply the product "Purchase Fees" on a product that was initially purchased with a date in the future, then only modified with a date in the past (or "now") so that the product is purchased and the purchase fees applied ?
