START_DTS Does Not Appear to Contain The Correct Time (Doc ID 1505251.1)

For asynchronous cartridges, the column START_DTS in TBL_WRK_ORD does not contain the correct start time and it appears to get overwritten.

How can we get the correct start_dts (time)?
