JNEP Process Terminated Intermittently Without Any Error Logged (Doc ID 1505283.1)

Symptoms

Default JNEP process went down intermittently in production.

There was no error messages logged in JNEP diagnostic file, NEP logs or ASAP.Console.

The last messages logged in JNEP diagnostic file were:

Response Handler Manager is terminating...
>> 012459.790:Response Handler Manager:PROG:com.mslv.activation.jinterpreter.ResponseHandlerManager:
Response Handler Manager thread interrupted.
>> 012459.790:Response Handler Manager:PROG:com.mslv.activation.jinterpreter.ResponseHandlerManager:
Response Handler Manager is DEAD..
