ALMBI DIM_RESULT_BUCKET D_PARENT_START_DATE Set To AS_OF_DATE for All Dynamic Start Dates

When running SCD for DIM_RESULT_BUCKET for ALM Dynamic Process with multiple start date, the N_START_DATE_INDEX does not reflect multiple start dates and D_PARENT_START_DATE is set to AS_OF_DATE
1. Time Buckets for ALM process shows two Dynamic Start Dates for Interest Rate Gap Buckets and Liquidity Buckets.
1. Run SCD for DIM_RESULT_BUCKET
2. DIM_RESULT_BUCKET shows one D_PARENT_START_DATE for V_BUCKET_TYPE IRR (Reprice Gap Buckets) and LR (Liquidity Gap Buckets) instead of two.
