Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 7.3, when you run the Ledger Stat Undo from a Batch, the related data is not removed from the LEDGER_STAT table. When you review the Batch's Task in the Batch Monitor screen, the Batch is successful. However, when you select the Task row following error is listed:
 FicGeneric started...
FICGENERIC.MSG_0008No such file or directory : Key no Found
Parent NOT going to wait for child
Non Authoritative status update = S in case of WAIT = NO
Additionally, a similar error exists in the ficgen_trace_xxxxxxx.log in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/ficgen:
ERROR in EXECVP : FICGENERIC.MSG_0008No such file or directory
ERROR in EXECVP : FICGENERIC.MSG_0008No such file or directory[FicGenExecute Child] : Exiting after exec error
The error prevents you from successfully running the Ledger Load Undo from a Batch.
Note: You can run the undo successfully from the command line as described in <Document ID 1363340.1> "How to Undo an OFSAA Ledger Stat Load".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Operations > Batch Maintenance
2. Create a new Batch for the Ledger Load Undo
3. Create a new Task under the batch with the following:
Component: RUN EXECUTABLE
Executable:./LEDGER_LOAD_UNDO.sh, 10403-02/29/2012, L
4. Run the Batch
The error above appears in the Batch Monitor screen.
