Why there are " and Not Found" messages during the Infocenter instances startup? (Doc ID 1505675.1)

 During the infocenter instance startup, you will observe multiple of the following messages in the infocenter logfile:


Not found in 'user.home' directory: /home/inquser/.esapi/

Not found in 'org.owasp.esapi.resources' directory or file not readable: /opt/inquira/instances/MyInfocenter/
