Symptoms

PCM_OP_BILL_SET_LIMIT_AND_CR opcode has data type INT for Threshold values. That means this can't accept a value larger than 2 GB. Though the Floor & Limit's data types are Decimal, but threshold is of type INT. For fixed threshold, we can't pass a value greater than 2 GB.
