Symptoms
For fixed threshold, we cannot pass a value greater than 2 GB.
PCM_OP_BILL_SET_LIMIT_AND_CR opcode has data type INT for Threshold values. That means this cannot accept a value larger than 2 GB. Though the Floor and Limit data types are Decimal, but threshold is of type INT.
