When clicking on Adjustments/Payments not applied link in Customer Center, the GUI hangs for an account with many unallocated payments or adjustments.
For account with one or two unallocated AR actions, it takes more than a minute at least. This performance issue interupts the daily activities of the CSR who allocate such unallocated payments and adjustments as it takes time for processing. This happens more when some accounts have huge number of unallocated AR actions for example in case of Suspense Account or any large account.
In these cases, GUI is hanging while trying to open the payments or adjustments.
When checked in client logs, it looks like the call to opcode PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACCT_ACTION_ITEMS is taking time to execute. More specifically the conversion of buffer to flist is taking lot of time.
It is also observed that the same opcode is called in many instances with different input flist format when clicked on Payments tab in Customer Center and PCM_OP_AR_GET_ITEM_DETAIL opcode is called when clicked on individual payments.
PCM_OP_AR_GET_ITEM_DETAIL opcode is called internally in PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACCT_ACTION_ITEMS opcode.
