Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), when you go to "Deployments" in the Weblogic Console and try to install, the deployment fails.  The following error is listed in the /<Weblogic Home>/user_projects/domains/<domain>/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log:

[HTTP: 101216] Servlet: "context" failed to preload on startup in Web application: "<appname>".
