Symptoms

Scenario 1: Customer has 100MB as free resource. The credit profile is set to 80% and 100%.

CDRs are passed with 90MB and pipeline successfully generated the notification xml.

Scenario 2: Customer has 100MB as free resource. The credit profile is set to 80% and 100%.

CDRs are passed  with 110MB and during rating, discount of 10MB is granted, the Threshold for customer as per credit profile is crossed. But still no notification xml was generated.
