Problem In OrderHistID Creation With OSM 7.2

Symptoms
Customer have multiple orders triggered with OSM 7.2 (Patch1 - 14024538), but it seems that “OrderHistID” is getting repeated in different orders.
Error Message :
There are no error messages but the OrderHistId is getting repeated. OrderHistID 203 is getting repeated.
