On Oracle Agile EDM 6.1.1 and later
Find that users are able to select invalid (outdated) organizations / jobs they once had access to but do not have any more.
That way they can see objects they should not see any more.

Expected Behavior:
Invalid / outdated jobs should not be accessible any more. User should not be able to select them for displaying.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In a MOA environment (configuration parameter EDB-ROL-ACTIVE = 4) create a new organization and create a job for one user on that organization (with a manager user).
2. Enter the application with that user and that job and create an item.
3. With a manager user set the valid from date that the job is outdated then.
4. Reenter the application with the standard user: the outdated (invalid) job cannot be selected as current job any more.
5. But if the user logs in with any other job and opens from TOP menu: View | Filter | Projects to Display: the invalid (outdated) job is available there and the user can set the "display" flag to have access to this invalid organization / job again.
6. If he opens the item mask then and refreshes he can see the item created under the outdated organization / job.
