Symptoms

Outlook Connector 7.3 with patch 139162-16

We are continuing to test OVD (Oracle Virtual Directory) to join user certificates from another LDAP server (separate from our u/g ldap) for sending encrypted e-mails in Outlook.  When we place the certificates directly in our u/g ldap, they are written in the form:

and OC is failing, saying that it can't find the cert.
