Sometimes the subscriber adapters do not show up in Retail Integration Bus (RIB) Admin GUI page after a WebLogic Server (WLS) instance (say RIB-SIM) is restarted.
Below error message is seen in the RIB Admin Console associated to the failed subscriber EJB:
Navigation: RIBDomain -> Deployments -> rib-<app>.ear -> Monitoring (Health) tab shows
