BRM: Table Event_Activity_Verify_T Is Empty - Login Failure Is Not Recorded (Doc ID 1509411.1)

Symptoms

Table event_activity_verify_t is not populated when an login error occurs.

This was configured :

1. cm/pin.conf:
- fm_act verify_acct 0.0.0.1 /account 1

2. load_pin_verify pin_verify

3. select * from event_activity_verify_t

  Once an error occurs this select returns nothing

The issue happens on BRM 7.4 PS13.
