OSM Debug Level Logs Not Generated For All The Managed Servers

OSM debugs logs are getting generated for only one managed server after enabling it in log4jAdmin page. Second managed server is at INFO level only.
Is there any configuration to be done to generate debug logs on both the managed servers?
