Bind Exception on Admin Server while restarting Managed Servers (Doc ID 1509659.1)

Symptoms

Production Environment Setup


Clustered Environment with Admin server and 2 Managed Servers
Admin Server and MS1 hosted on box1
MS2 is running on box2
OSM application installed on the cluster

Facing One bind exception while shutting down managed server from console.


1. Admin Server, MS1 and MS2 are in running state

2. Not able to shutdown managed servers from console, console hangs after some changes done

3. Not able to stop the process and when try to run ./startWeblogic.sh admin server starting but then ended up with Binding Exception.
