ORA-12154 TNS Error Attempting to Login to OFSA 4.5 (Doc ID 150992.1)

Note: All OFSA 4.5 products have reached sustaining support.


When attempting to login to one of the OFSA 4.5 module, the following error occurs:

ORA-12154: TNS: Could not resolve service name Error
TNS-12154 TNS: Could not resolve service name Error

Steps to reproduce
1. Successfully log into SQL*Plus 3.3
2. Successfully log into 32-bit module (FDM Adminstration)
3. Cannot log into any of the OFSA 16-bit modules:

   Balance and Control (BC)
   Performance Analyzer (PA)
   Transfer Pricing (TP)
   Risk Manager (RM)
