Missing LAM Attachments And Other Information After Reopening A Saved LAM Event

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Occasionally when a user saves a LAM event closes it and reopens it and all updated information has disappeared.
When the user saves the case the message : "Case saved successfully", however actually this is not the case.
Reviewing the errorlog, however displays the below warning:
Steps to repeat:
- Create or open a LAM event
- Enter more than 1000 characters to the description field of any contact log (or paste text directly from a PDF or Word document)
- Update some other fields in LAM
- Save the case
- Close and reopen the case and observe that all updated information are lost even the contact log entry is missing or not updated accordingly.
