Missing LAM Attachments And Other Information After Reopening A Saved LAM Event (Doc ID 1510050.1)

Occasionally when a user saves a LAM event closes it and reopens it and all updated information has disappeared.

When the user saves the case the message : "Case saved successfully", however actually this is not the case.


Reviewing the errorlog, however displays the below warning:
