Issues With Database Connections In RIB (Doc ID 1510327.1)

Symptoms

Many connections by "JDBC Thin Client" are generated in the RIB Database arriving at stop number defined in processes. This is not allowing the operation of the different services defined in RIB. 
Following error message are evident in the JMS Hospital Retry log:
