Occasionally, upon attempting to Save, the soft delete screen in Oracle Clinical (after using the following Navigation steps: NAV:Conduct > Mass Changes > RDCI Soft Deletes) throws the following error:
This occurs after entering Name, Description, Change Reason, and DCM Name, then pressing the Save button.
