The opcode PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT is called with the PIN_FLD_THRESHOLD value set to some value. The expectation is the opcode should return the total no. of events when the no. of events are more than the threshold value for a given /item type and the event details when its less than the threshold value, but the opcode PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT returns the details of all the events when the no. of event are more than the threshold value.

Snippet of documentation.
"Threshold value for the number of events to be retrieved. If the number fetched is less than or equal to the threshold value, then the return flist shall have the details of the events. If events count is greater then threshold value, then events count will be returned. If User gives 0 or -1, then this value is not considered. "
