Global Scheduled Services or Project Publication Jobs Fail and Error 'Connection has been recycled. Database (database name) Pool PML' Occurs in Log File (Doc ID 1510954.1)

Symptoms

When Project Publication is enabled in P6, some publication and/or Global Scheduled Services jobs fail and the the following error occurs in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\services\jt_project\<date-time stamp>_FAILED.log file:

Io exception: Socket read time out
Connection has been recycled. Database <database name> Pool PML.

The following error may also be found in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\P6webaccess.html log file:

A Threadpool thread PrmThread-1 was determined to be non responsive, a new thread has been created. On a side note, check your Maximum Task Duration and Maximum Long Running Task Duration values under ThreadPool settings.
