Symptoms

Custom Retail pipeline becomes inactive randomly and stops in production.


The log logged the end of a batch processed by the pipeline, then the pipeline becomes inactive and then it stopped:

 

Because this issue, the user is experiencing critical issues like lost of functionality, backlog of unprocessed files etc.
