The 'By' And 'Date' Timestamp Under Details In CRF Navigator Pane Is Not Showing In History Window (Doc ID 1511296.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:
--------
Discrepancy History doesn't match with the information displayed in Discrepancy Management section. The Discrepancy section indicates, the discrepancy was updated by <USER> on <DATE>, but the history doesn't reflect this information.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
* Connect to RDC 4.5.3 as DM (Data Manager)
* Enter a Case Report Form (CRF) and save it
* Close the CRF
* Connect to RDC 4.5.3 as INV
* Open the Case Report Form (CRF) created above and create a manual Discrepancy in a question. Send this discrepancy to Site.
* Save the changes
* Close the CRF
* Connect to RDC 4.5.3 as Site
* Open the Case Report Form (CRF) created above
* Closed the Manual Discrepancy created by Inv
* Save the changes
* Connect to RDC 4.5.3 as DM (Data Manager)
* Open the Case Report Form (CRF) created above
* Update the question associated with the manual discrepancy created above
* Save it
* Open Discrepancy Section and field By will display DM (Data Manager) as the value.
