  1. How are Security Permissions inherited by newly created portofolios within the default user's Home Portfolio?
  2. Is there any explanation why the user's Home Portfolios that was automatically created (e.g. admin's Portfolios) does not inherit Security permission from it's parent portfolio 'Items and Portfolios (for system use)'?
  3. Is there any way this default setting can be changed such that once a user creates a portfolio from with SCORECARD, the portfolio automatically inherits from the root portfolio such that Administrator Permission is set to 'Full Access' (and NOT Custom)?

In System Security Policy, Administrator group was granted 'Full Access' permission to Items and Portfolios root portfolio.

It was noticed that Administrators permission was automatically set to 'Custom' once the user creates new portfolios from the SCORECARD tab, and allowing the portfolio to be created in the default user's Home Directory generated by the system.
