Error 500 - Post Argus 6.0.5.4 Patch (Doc ID 1511396.1)

Symptoms

Getting the following error message when opening or closing the cases after upgrading to 6.0.5.4 release. Schema Validation is clean and issue persists even after performing an IISReset

1. Error when opening the case
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: '[string: ""]'
/CaseForm/Common/CF_Validation.asp, line 29


2. Error when closing cases:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'oXMLDom.documentElement'
/Include/CommonSvrFun_inc.asp, line 298

Steps to Repeat:
1. Upgrade Argus Safety application to 6.0.5.4 version
2. Log into Argus Safety
3. Try to open an existing case
4. Observe that it throws the following error
  "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
  Type mismatch: '[string: ""]'
  /CaseForm/Common/CF_Validation.asp, line 29"

Note:
Customer is able to open some of the cases without getting the error but getting the following error when closing those cases:
  "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
  Object required: 'oXMLDom.documentElement'
  /Include/CommonSvrFun_inc.asp, line 298"
