ROLLING Profile Series - Rounding Issue in Consensus Forecast (Doc ID 1511512.1)

Goal

The values for the all of the forecast series - Baseline, DP, SM and Consensus are getting rounded up. In some cases, this is causing the lagged forecast to be significantly higher than the original forecast. The issue is made worse where an item has several Key Customer and Organization levels.
