Symptoms

During a fresh installation of BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)  7.5 on Oracle Database 11.2.0.2, the installation process does not complete and the installation process complains from the pin_setup.log file with:

Nothing has to particularly be changed, this problem may happen during a fresh installation of BRM 7.5.*.*.*
