Symptoms
When a user views "Component Relationships" On a DSL network, MSS slows down (poor performance ).
Steps :
1. Select Search on the Network List
2. Enter NETWORK SYSTEM NAME and click on Search.
3. Right click on it and select "Open without Graphics"
4. Click on "Component Relationships"
5. Right click on a component .
6. Click on Properties - you can observe the delay at this point
