'ORA-00955: Name is Already Used by an Existing Object' Error Generating Hybrid Rate Curve

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.0, in Rate Management, when you attempt to generate rates for a Hybrid interest rate curve (IRC), one of the following error messages appear on the screen after clicking on "Generate":
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object ORA-06512: at "<atomic>.FSI_IRC_HYBRID_SPREAD_LINEAR", line 526 ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object ORA-06512: at "<atomic>.FSI_IRC_HYBRID_MOVING_LINEAR", line 313 ORA-06512: at line 1
As a result, the hybrid interest rates are not generated in the screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to Master Maintenance
- Rate Management > Interest Rates
- Create a Hybrid IRC
- Select a From Date and To Date
- Click Generate
The error appears.
