Last updated on MAY 19, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Invoice Matching - Version 12.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When resolving an invoice discrepancy in favor of the supplier/invoice, the resulting receiver unit adjustment (RUA) in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) rounds to whole number, chopping off any decimals. Also, the RUA quantity in TRAN_DATA is different from RUA input quantity in Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM).

Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a Purchase Order (PO) with quantity in decimals for an item whose Unit of Measure UOM is kg.
2.Receive the PO in full.
3.Create an invoice in ReIM with quantity discrepancy in decimals.
4.Resolve quantity discrepancy using RUA in ReIM.
5. Notice that the decimals in the adjustment is lost on ORDLOC and SHIPSKU table
6. Also, notice that the decimal digit in the adjustment is lost in TRAN_DATA table.
