PDF Created by Running i_RPDPrint to EPT is not Included in the Send.msg file

Symptoms
When using the EPT print type with IDS RunRP the PDF that is generated is not included in the send.msg log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a RunRP request through IDS that prints to PDF.
2. Check the contents of the send.msg file. It should contain the base64 encoded PDF.
3. Run a RunRP request through IDS that outputs to EPT.
4. Check the contents of the send.msg file.
